She is qualified, by the <em>International Coach Federation<\/em>, as a Professional Certified Coach, and is certified in <em>Change Management<\/em> (William Bridges and Associates), <em>Immunity to Change Process <\/em>and follow up coaching (Harvard University) and <em>MBTI <\/em>and <em>Motivational Interviewing.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge-Based Coaching in the Workplace, an ICF accredited coach training program.<\/strong><br \/>\nLeni designed and delivers an ICF accredited coach training program which certifies internal coaches and interested individuals at both the ACC and the PCC level of certification. The program has been delivered in companies including:<br \/>\n<span style=\"margin-left: 28px;\">Whirlpool, Inc, Benton Harbor, Michigan, 2014<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"margin-left: 28px;\">Hope 360 Corporation, Atlanta, Georgia, 2014<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"margin-left: 28px;\">Sony PlayStation, San Diego, California, 2012<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"margin-left: 28px;\">WhiteWave Foods, Denver, Colorado, 2010<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Leni has written extensively on coaching and consulting\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nLeni co-edited <em>The Handbook of Knowledge-Based Coaching: From Theory to Practice<\/em>, published by Jossey-Bass, 2011. The book is used in coaching schools throughout North America. Her latest book, <em>The Hidden History of Coaching,<\/em> (McGraw Hill, 2013), highlights the theories and movements that formed the basis of coaching. She has also written on online education and adult learning at the graduate level.<\/p>\n<p><strong>She has worked as a coach and consultant with a range of organizations including:<\/strong><br \/>\nSony PlayStation, Whirlpool International, Getty Images, Prudential Life Insurance Company, HBO Films, Center for Creative Leadership, First Data Corporation, Walt Disney Productions, CNN, US Investigations Services, Santa Barbara County, Prince of Wales Trust.<\/p>\n<p><strong>She presents regularly at academic and professional conferences.
