They are more focused and creative in their work and more positive in their interactions with others.<\/li>\n<li>An astute outsider who asks the pertinent questions can sometimes see dysfunctional dynamics and self-limiting assumptions to which the members of the organisation have adjusted.<\/li>\n<li>People bring themselves to work.\u00a0 We take on a professional role but we remain recognisably ourselves at work as at home.<\/li>\n<li>For most people the ability to work cooperatively, to function skilfully within a team environment is a learned behavior.\u00a0 We are all capable of this learning.<\/li>\n<li>Employees and executives need periodic renewal.\u00a0 Work is often hard.\u00a0 My coaching is designed to help people renew and reinvent themselves, to find work and life more satisfying \u2013 to everyone\u2019s benefit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wildflower-consulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/org-coaching-288.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-471 size-full\" title=\"group-talking-288\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wildflower-consulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/org-coaching-288.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"288\" height=\"142\" \/><\/a>Coaching in the context of an organisation can involve working with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wildflower-consulting.com\/?page_id=8\">individuals (executive coaching)<\/a> or with teams. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wildflower-consulting.com\/?page_id=30\">Customised coach training<\/a>, either for an established team or for a group of selected individuals, can also be an effective option.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"panel\" style=\"border-width: 1px;\">\n<div class=\"panelContent\">The coaching experience saved my career and sanity!\u00a0Having an executive coach allowed me to privately express the issues that I was experiencing void of any politics and therefore was able arrive at solid solutions around business issues.\u00a0The coaching also assisted me in handling the personalities up and down the chain of command affecting business performance or strategic direction.\u00a0 The coaching experience helped me overcome many obstacles as a junior executive.\u00a0 I would advise it \u00a0for anyone interested in the growth of their team\u2019s problem solving capabilities, constructive professional interactions, and balanced decision making.<\/div>\n<div class=\"panelReference\">Robert Calamia, Vice President<br \/>\nNational Field Operations<br \/>\nUS Investigations Services<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My organisational coaching experience has led me to the following observation People thrive in an organisation that recognises them and honours their strengths.
